We normally suggest to start your holiday with a dive in our house reef, just a few steps from our shop, but already inside the protected area. This is an easy and lovely dive, interesting for beginners and experienced divers alike thanks to its volcanic caves and rock formations. Maximum depth is around 18 meters, but what makes this dive spot special is the variety of the bottom (sand, rocks, isolated blocks, caves) and the amazing biodiversity. Encounters with octopuses, barracudas, young groupers, garden eels, trumpet fish, rays, cuttlefish and moray eels are common. In addition, from time to time we have the chance to spot some amazing creatures, such as frogfish, huge round stingrays, seahorses…
Moreover, we run everyday boat trips to dive the best dive sites of the island.
Garajau National Park is by far the most exciting dive area you can find in Madeira. This zone is a paradise for underwater photography. Marine life is abundant. Divers may find their tunas, mackerels, large groupers, and barracudas. The average depth is 15-20 m.
We are also wreck divers “aficionados” and dive regularly the “Afonso Cerqueira” and “Pronto” wreck!
